Processing Period: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer reliable shipping options within the United States via FedEx:

Standard Shipping (FedEx SmartPost):
- Delivery Time: 7–10 business days.
- Cost: $8.95 flat rate (Free on domestic orders over $40).
Ground Shipping (FedEx Ground):
- Delivery Time: 3–5 business days.
- Cost: $10.95 flat rate.

3. International Shipping

We ship worldwide to ensure global fans can access our collections!

Delivery Time: International deliveries typically take 10–21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
Shipping Rates: Calculated dynamically at checkout based on the destination and package weight.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
- International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and custom fees levied by the destination country.
- Please note: These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Kylie Cosmetics does not pre-collect duties at checkout unless explicitly stated.

4. Order Tracking & Delivery Issues

Tracking Your Order: Once dispatched, click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Kylie Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is secure and accurate at checkout. If your package encounters transit issues, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
